What is Lichen planus?

Even the lichen planus may alter the way the fingernails or toenails of a person look. It may also appear on the genitals or the scalp of a person. There is no contagious lichen planus. You can’t get this disease from another person, and you can’t give it to anyone else.

Lichen planus is not a cancer form. Lichen planus is an immune system-induced skin rash. The reason for the immune reaction is not understood. Multiple contributing variables may exist, and each situation is distinct.
